Let’s Think Associate

Julie is a Let’s Think® Associate. Editor of the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. A Chartered Psychologist, Professor of Organizational Psychology and Director of the Professional Doctorate's in Evidence based HRM & Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.  A Visiting Professor at the University of Bath and former Director of the Centre of Qualitative Research. 

Julie's research and consultancy in behavioural sciences focuses upon the psychology of expertise and naturalistic decision making (NDM). She has a leading role in the International NDM Association. Her work with Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) has captured the cognitive processes of professionals in a wide range of organisations. A member of NASDAQ’s Behavioural Science Advisory Lab, Julie has previously worked with Wendy and Anna. Her current research projects include being Expert Fellow of the EPSRC SPRITE+ network & lead investigator for an ESRC Discribe funded project.
