Who we are
Let’s Think® Ltd is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 13851843, with our registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.
Website visitors
This website is hosted by Vercel. To serve pages to you and protect the site from abuse, Vercel processes information about each visit, including:
- Information about your browser, network and device
- Web pages you view while on this website
- Your IP address
We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Vercel’s privacy policy explains how they handle this data.
Analytics
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics to learn which pages people read. For each page view it records:
- The page address and the time
- The web page you came from
- Your approximate location: country, region and city
- Your browser, operating system and type of device
Vercel Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies or track you on other websites. It tells visits apart with a code made from your request, which Vercel deletes after 24 hours. We only see totals, not individual visitors.
We rely on your consent. If you decline analytics, or leave the banner unanswered, none of this runs.
Contact form
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation if you give it, and your message, so we can reply to you.
The form sends your message as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider, to our inbox at Google, where we keep it. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Resend’s privacy policy explains how they handle this data.
Fonts
We serve our font from our own website, so loading a page does not send any information about you to a font provider.
Email marketing
Our email list building and email marketing follow UK data protection law. This means:
- We get your explicit consent before adding you to our email list.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- We tell you clearly how we use your email data and how long we keep it.
- Any third party we share email data with also complies with data protection law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct or delete it
- Restrict or stop how we use it
- Send it to you or another organisation in a portable format
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO.
